Facility Rental Information
The Board of Education believes that the use of school facilities of this District should be made available for community purposes, provided that such use does not infringe on the original and necessary purpose of the property or interfere with the educational program of the schools and is harmonious with the purposes of this District (Po. 7510).

Procedural Information
1. In order to request a facility, you need to complete the Category Designation Form linked here.
2. Email a copy of your certificate of insurance to Megan at nrcommed@newrichmond.k12.wi.us.
3. Once your facility rental request has been accepted, a rental contract will be emailed to you. Sign in to your account, approve, and return the agreement.
