COVID-19 - Information
A lot of information about COVID-19 is being shared through multiple news sources. Some of the information is accurate whereas some is not. We will always follow and share with you the recommendations from the CDC and from the Wisconsin health department. We encourage you to refer to these resources as well.
School staff will be alerted by email that a public health emergency at a national, state or local level has been identified. Each building administrator will make an announcement to alert staff they are required to check their email for important information and instructions as soon as possible.
The City of New Richmond, the School District of New Richmond, St. Croix County Emergency Management & Health Department, Westfields Hospital & Clinic, St. Mary School, local first responders and local stakeholders held a meeting yesterday afternoon pertaining to the Novel Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19). Our focus was on preparedness, communication, planning and collaboration.
