• Starr Elementary School sits in the heart of New Richmond and serves students in kindergarten through fifth grade.  The current enrollment is approximately 540 students with 26 classrooms and a wide-range of programs including special education, Title 1, enrichment instruction, physical education, music, art, media and counseling services.
