Dr. Kincaid has a doctorate in educational psychology with an emphasis in school psychology from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities, and a bachelor of sciences in psychology and sociology from The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota.
Dr. Kincaid is the District Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) Coordinator. In this role he coordinates mental health, social, emotional, behavioral, and academic interventions across the district. In addition, he serves as the Building Assets Reducing Risks (BARR) coordinator for the high school, leading weekly team meetings to ensure 9th grade students are successful their first year at the high school.
