Dr. Aleksis Kincaid
District RtI Coordinator / School Psychologist
Dr. Kincaid joined the New Richmond School District in 2017. He completed his Ph.D. in Educational Psychology - School Psychology at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota and his B.S. in Psychology and Sociology at The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota.
Dr. Kincaid coordinates intervention services across the school district through training and discussions around academic data collection and interpretation with school staff. In addition, Dr. Kincaid meets with staff to discuss intervention placement and intervention fit for individual students.
As the school psychologist at the high school, Dr. Kincaid coordinates all 504 plans and accommodated state testing (Forward, Aspire, ACT). He also works as the lead on all special services evaluations and as the department head of secondary special services.
