This is my third year teaching at New Richmond Middle School! I grew up in Somerset and graduated in 2010. From there, I pursued a degree in Secondary Education-English from the University of Wisconsin--River Falls and received my Bachelor's in 2015.

 

My husband and I had our first child in October 2016. Her name is Sydney, and she brings such joy to our lives! 

 

In addition to teaching, I enjoy reading, playing piano, gardening, and spending time with my family.

 

Below you will find several links to important documents and information regarding Language Arts. My lesson plans, as well as homework assignments, are included in the link for "8th Grade Black House" on this page. These lesson plans are updated weekly. Throughout the year, students may need to also access the online Code X textbook for homework purposes. This can be found in the link on this page as well. Each student will receive a username and password in class to access the textbook (students should have placed this information in their planners).
