                   2022 Volleyball Registration Form

     
    Practice starts Thursday, September 1st and runs 3:00-5:15 daily.
     
    Volleyball Fee - $25 (cash or check to NRMS)

    *Please make sure you have completed the online registration, have a current sports physical on file at the Middle School and paid $25 athletic fee (cash or check) to the front office before the 1st day of practice*
