                      2022 Football Registration Form
     
    NO PRACTICE ~ MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 19TH ~ DUE TO PLD/NO SCHOOL 
     
    Tuesday, September 20th Game Times: 
    8th Grade Black Team @ 4:15pm
    8th Grade Orange Team @ 5:30pm
     
     
     
    Practice starts Monday, August 22, 2022 and runs 3:00-5:15 daily.
     
    Football Fee - $25 (cash or check to NRMS)
    Football Jersey - $25 (cash or separate check to NRMS)

    *Please make sure you have completed the online registration, have a current sports physical on file at the Middle School and paid $25 athletic fee (cash or check) to the front office before the 1st day of practice*
