I was born and raised in the "Big Sky" state of Montana. A fun fact is that I am dual citizen with Canada and the United States. I graduated from Shelby High School in Shelby Montana in 1998. My undergraduate degree was completed in Omaha Nebraska at Creighton University where I attended from 1998- 2003. During my college career, I majored in Exercise Science/Pre-medicine with minors in chemistry and biology.  After an internship with Creighton Strength and Conditioning, I earned my Masters of Art in Teaching at the University of Great Falls in Montana. While there, I served as an assistant coach for the varsity and the head coach for the junior varsity for the girls basketball program from 2003 - 2005. The summer of 2006, my wife and I were married and made the move to the Saint Croix Valley.  In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking and camping in the outdoors, reading great literature and traveling.
