The Intra-District Transfer/"Stay Put" Form is used for elementary school families that have moved into a different school boundary.
Please contact your Elementary School office or the District Enrollment Coordinator if you need assistance filling out the form.

Do I need to enroll my family each and every year?
No, you are only required to complete a full enrollment application when you are entering the school district for the first time, returning to the school district after attending school elsewhere, when progressing from 4K to Kindergarten (and online update is not available), or when repeating 4K for an additional year.
Yearly, we do ask guardians to login to Family Access and provide updated information (Online Update).

My family moved, how do I update our address?
Please contact your school's office and provide them with the updated address.
If your family has students in one of the elementary schools and your new address is in a different school boundary, please complete an Intra-District Transfer/"Stay Put" request.
If you moved outside of the District boundary and you want to continue to attend school in New Richmond, you are required to apply for Open Enrollment

I have questions and I don't know who to contact?
If your child or children have not been assigned to a specific school yet, please feel free to contact the District Enrollment Coordinator.

What are the next steps after I complete enrollment?
Once you have completed the New Student Online Enrollment process for your child or children, there is nothing else you need to do.
If the district needs additional information to complete the Enrollment Application, you will be contacted by the Enrollment Coordinator or the specific school.
