In Physical Education each day, we strive to improve our individual skills and fitness level. Monday-Thursday we focus more on skills while Fridays are "Fitness and Fun Fridays" where we focus more on improving our fitness. Most 35 minute class periods we have an opening activity (aerobic related), then a main focus, (skill related) with a closure activity at the end (related game or summary activity). In the first trimester we will be focusing on eye-foot related coordination activities and locomotor skills. In the second trimester we will focus on Fitness testing, fitness games and activities and Rhythms. In the third trimester we will focus on eye-hand coordination, body control and team strategies and skills.
